Instead of offering a la carte services, or reactive support (i.e. calling us just when a problem occurs and paying by the hour), we focus instead on being a fully-outsourced IT department for your business, at a predictable monthly cost.  Our Standard Services Plan combined with vCIO address 95% of our clients IT needs.

A fixed monthly fee for standard services – no hidden costs!

We have a set fee based on the number of users, servers, sites, and network equipment your business has.  The fee stays the same as long as your business stays the same.  We will also provide you with the additional expense your business will have each time you add a new users or site.

 

Complete infrastructure support for your users, computer, servers and network devices.

Our state of the art Remote Monitor and Management (RMM) tools are installed on all servers and computers.  This provides are engineers with 24x7 alerts and remote access to proactively address issues before they affect your business.

 

A responsive & dedicated Technical and Account Management Team

Eagle Point Account Managers have worked in the industry and understand IT and Business Systems.  They are a phone call away from answer any questions or concerns you may have. The addition of vCIO provides with a complete IT Team.

 

Unlimited Helpdesk Support Call’s with each plan

We offer our clients two Helpdesk support plans.  A business hours plan that covers your users from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Users can log tickets after hours and they will be addressed first thing the next business day.  We also offer 24x7x365 support plan for business that have a lot of users that work after hours or on weekends that require assistance.

 

Onsite support as needed for issue resolution.

Our Helpdesk and Remote Monitoring solutions resolves 80% of all issues remotely but some issues require a technician to be onsite.  In these cases a technician is dispatched and will be onsite to bring the issue to resolutions.  Onsite support also install new equipment and periodically reformats desktops and laptops. 

 

24x7x365 Network Monitoring

Eagle Point provides 24x7 server and network monitoring to ensure that your network is up and running at peak performance at all times. Our network monitoring services will help keep your network running at maximum speed and performance by executing proactive steps to forecast failures before they occur, such as a critical server running low on hard drive space.

 

Patch Management

Keeping Microsoft Windows (and Office too, for that matter) updated is a chore, even on just one computer. At Eagle Point we have the infrastructure to manage, test, and proactively install Windows and Office updates for you. Across your entire network. All you ever have to do is reboot.

 

Development of Disaster Recovery Plan based on client's budget

Eagle Point can help you devise a Disaster Recovery Plan that fits your budget, so that you can have total piece of mind that your critical systems and processes are safe, and/or can recover from any potential data loss situation.
